Biography

Ann Bordelon has served as a member of the Board of Portillo’s since March 2020. She chairs the audit committee. Ms. Bordelon is Executive Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration at the University of Arkansas, a position she accepted in 2020. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Mitchell Communications and NOWDiagnostics. Ms. Bordelon also has nearly 13 years of experience in executive finance roles at Walmart, Inc., including as Chief Audit Executive and Chief Financial Officer for Sam’s Club. She began her career at Ernst & Young. She brings financial expertise to the Board as well as a strong background in multi-unit operations and management. She also serves on the board of America’s Car-Mart, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRMT) where she chairs the audit and compliance committee and is on the compensation and human capital committee. Ms. Bordelon is a certified public accountant.
